This U-PVC Roofing Sheet Machine are specially customized for Mexician Customer workshop, with a ABA 3-layer structure, which middle layers micro-foaming design. It will greatly reduce the weight of the panel, while the thickness is not reduced, but cost also coming down. Outside bottom and top layer will use Virgin PVC resin material for great smooth and glossy surface, makes it attractive in the market.
There are two extruder Model: HSJZ-80/156 for co-extrusion work， in which one is for processing PVC resin, and one is for processing PVC foamed material. The proudction ability of this plant at about 500kg/hr. T-Die here width is 1350mm, thickness is 2.5mm as the customized. The finished roofing sheet size is Width 1220mm(4ft) by any of your preffered cutting length, it can be 2440mm(8ft), 3050mm(10ft), 4500mm(15ft), 6000mm(20ft).
